Examples of QPM’s Client Success
Stories
- A subsidiary of one of the largest health benefits companies
in the United States wanted to design and deploy a Process Management
program within its Information Technology group across select locations.
To meet this business objective, QPM partnered with their Quality
Leaders to identify program requirements that would be tailored
to their specific strategic goals, core processes and company infrastructure.
Designed in just 1 month, the program delivered tools and techniques
to help them identify their process work streams and develop and
implement process monitoring dashboards for all of their core processes.
Due to the customization of the program, the company was able to
realize results much faster after training. Responsibility for
the Process Management program was retained by their Quality organization
and delivered by Six Sigma Black Belts and Process Leaders.
- A strategic marketing division of one of the largest
pharmaceutical companies in the world had been practicing Process
Excellence for a few years and needed to enhance its overall program
success as well as implement several key projects that would improve
the speed and quality of its core marketing processes. With the
assistance of QPM, the company restructured its Process Excellence
deployment efforts and initiated 7 strategic projects across key
operations areas including Market Research, Business Planning,
Asset Valuation, Strategic Marketing, Health Economics and Pricing,
and Human Resources. QPM Process Excellence experts led these highly
visible projects that dramatically improved process efficiency
and marketing effectiveness. Over the span of 2 years, the company
realized millions of dollars in revenue enhancements and expense
reductions due to the results of the initiatives managed by QPM.
