This course is designed to teach Six Sigma fundamentals and its application. It is intended for improvement project part-time project leaders or team members. Participants are trained and tested on their understanding and ability to apply the tools and techniques of the primary elements of the Six Sigma methodology. The course utilizes a combination of process improvement simulation, case studies, and application of tools to real project work to facilitate learning of principles and completion of project deliverables. Participants are encouraged to bring a narrowly scoped project to the training environment.

Course Logistics

• Live Virtual Training Sessions: 12 total; each session is approximately 3 hours in length
• Self Pace Learning: Approximately 3-4 hours per session (Self-Paced Learning works in conjunction with Live Virtual Training. At the conclusion of each training session, students are assigned case study practice exercises and preparatory work for the next training session.
