This is a valuable alternative in which QPM’s experienced project managers lead improvement team projects. Due to the time requirements in training internal personnel, the learning curve for general project management skills, and understanding the principles of Six Sigma Business Performance Improvement, we can supply experienced project managers to lead improvement teams, thus accelerating the learning and acceptance of the program. In addition, this is a valuable training technique, since project team members will be led by an experienced practitioner who can teach the principles as well as drive completion of project deliverables.

  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on progress of the initiative, barriers to success, and upcoming tasks and milestones. 
  • Work with the project team to document the project outcomes for final distribution and presentation to the organization.
